Suggestion

I would suggest that you undelete that part of your exchange with Barkeep where he specifically says that he's lifting the block. Otherwise, like I did, other editors at Talk:Kiev might come there thinking "That guy's blocked, why is he still editing here?" Restoring Barkeep's comment (not necessarily the whole conversation) will avert any question of why you are allowed to edit there again. --TaivoLinguist (Taivo) (talk) 22:30, 5 September 2020 (UTC)
