A barnstar for you!
[edit]The Anti-Vandalism Barnstar | |
It's nice to see an IP reverting lots of vandalism. You should get an account, because then you can get rid of even more vandalism with Twinkle, Huggle, STiki, and the rollback permission. David1217 22:07, 23 May 2012 (UTC) |
- Thank you. Actually, I have an account but do not use it. I do not consider myself a very active Wikipedian anymore, at least compared to my previous activity level. I've been involved since 2008. Sometimes, being intermittently active could be perceived as being disruptive, at least according to some Wikipedians. I met at least one other IP editor who in fact had an account before, had 50,000 edits, and at least a few created articles which were DYK nominations. He essentially considered himself (semi-)retired. 70.248.179.109 (talk) 22:20, 23 May 2012 (UTC), modified 22:22, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
- Well, great that you're active. We need all the help we can get. Happy editing! David1217 22:30, 23 May 2012 (UTC)

- Not sure how I'm feeding the troll. Simply attempting to inform you of the latest information and request additional blocks due to abuse of multiple IP addresses. 70.248.179.109 (talk) 23:41, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
That was great, thanks, I've misclicked the template and forgot to revoke the talk page access when blocking. Forgive my current irky mood, when I someone posts on my talk, an orange bar pops up and I immediately see if someone is messing up my talk page like that hopping IP. Cheers. You are welcome to continue editing without logging in, but many editors recommend that you create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (70.248.179.109) is used to identify you instead.
In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}}

Good job catching that Personal Attack on User talk:68.42.19.89. Thanks for reverting it! You should make an account so you can have access to more Anti-Vandalism tools, and become a full member of the community! Have a great day, and keep up the good work! AndrewN talk 00:06, 24 May 2012 (UTC) |
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
