Hi - it is as promotional (or not) as the other software packages mentioned in that sentence. So, it should either mention no commercial packages or permit a longer list.

No, we are under no obligation to mention every company that makes a particular product. Generally speaking, we will limit lists to companies that are notable enough to have their own Wikipedia article. Is the issue a mention of company name or product name? Mentioning product alone, as is done for Sigma-product should suffice. There are only a few products on the market specifically for electronics cooling applications. Adding Coolit to this list will pretty much make it exhaustive.

Mention of both a company and a product are problematic when it comes from an editor with a conflict of interest. As a COI editor, you should restrict yourself to making suggetions on the article talk page and leave it to established editors to decide whether or not to add it to the aricle.
