IPs are usually not blocked indefinitely because the user behind the IP may change over time, but in this case, it's obvious that this IP is still being operated by an indef-blocked user. Your IPs and sockpuppet accounts will continue to be quickly blocked indefinitely. To be unblocked, you'd need to submit an unblock request from User talk:Jshpinar and convince us that you understand why you were blocked (incessant genre warring) and that you would not continue doing that.
