Removal of Maintenance Tags

[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from Numbers station. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please see Help:Maintenance template removal for further information on when maintenance templates should or should not be removed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.

I noticed that you removed several maintenance tags on the Numbers station article without adding a citation or reference. Please do not do that unless you improve the article by adding a citation. The tags also alert other editors besides yourself who may be watching the article that it needs updating. All information in the encyclopedia needs to be backed up with a verifiable citation/reference in a reliable source such as a book, journal article or news story. This is how the integrity of the encyclopedia is built and maintained.

If you have difficulty adding citations or need information on how to use a verifiable citation more than once, please see the following links: WP:CITE, WP:RS, WP:V If those links do not answer your questions about adding citations, reach out to the Tea House or Help Desk. You can even shoot me a message on my talk page, and if I can answer your question, I will. Thank you. Netherzone (talk) 20:54, 19 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
