If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Hey - learn the rules here - also, read the source before spasmodic knee-jerking reverts - and don't edit war. 50.111.40.110 (talk) 12:42, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello!

[edit]

In regards to a recent edit at Ronnie Spector you made, while the source shows what you say appears to be true, ANI is not the first place you go to for content disputes, as you threatened to do so here. If you disagree with a user, start a discussion on their talk page first. Thank you and have a good day! (A Spicy Nugget)(Talk)(Contribs) 12:45, 13 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is when an editor is trolling or being extremely pointy ... not very impressed with his past history on that angle. ANI's a good way of heading such behavior off at the pass.
All users make mistakes, and many more than others. This is especially true in countervandalism. However, if you think about it, your edit summary when adding the content was just "copyedit" and probably led AssumeGoodWraith to just revert because you didn't mention the source, and made what SEEMED to be an unsourced allegation, and per the BLP policy, should have been removed. It was a knee-jerk rection, but one that is somewhat justified, and in the end, should be reverted (which it alredy has been), forgiven, and forgotten, instead of blowing it up and going to ANI (and likely being ignored) over it, starting pointless drama. Agree to disagree, sorry.
