[edit]Hello, I'm Mlpearc. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Twisted Sister, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
- There is a specific contradiction existing on the page regarding Portnoy's officiality. The infobox members'/past members' sections are meant to include the actual members of a band; not live musicians, and yet Portnoy is listed in the infobox and as a live musician in the other relevant sections. It's a black-and-white case - he's either one or the other. If he belongs in the infobox the subheading 'Current live members' needs to be removed from the 'Band members' section of the page; or vice versa.
- Please review the page Template:Infobox musical artist for any help with the guidelines. Regards, 5.80.224.220 (talk) 22:56, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Dream Theater, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Mlpearc (open channel) 22:40, 5 February 2016 (UTC)

- Please see the above case. Either Steve Stone needs to be added to the 'Former members' list under 'Band members' or he needs to be removed from the infobox. To feature him in one and not the other creates a contradiction within the Dream Theater page. Regards, 5.80.224.220 (talk) 22:56, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Philip Bailey. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Mlpearc (open channel) 22:42, 5 February 2016 (UTC)

- Irrational argument. Firstly I didn't add content, I removed it. Secondly the evidence for the falsity of the claim I removed is featured on the Earth, Wind & Fire band page; which explicitly outlines that Bailey was not a member of the band at its formation. The burden of evidence must always be on the positive claim, not the negative; therefore it is the existing statement and not my removal of it which requires a source - and some alterations must be made to the EWF page if it is proven.
