I also don't understand how Poland can be considered "developing". Most organisations class it as "developed". I find it laughable that a country with an extremely high human development index like Poland can be classified in the same category as development as a country like Zimbabwe or Ethiopia. Poland is high income with extremely high quality of life, good infrastructure, good public services etc. How it can be tossed into the same "developing" category as borderline impoverished African states is beyond me. It is literally listed as having a very high human development index here on Wikipedia but is equally described as developing. Odd.
