This only tells me that someone by that name applied. It doesn't connect the two. Also, you need to wp:cite the source in the article: wp:referencing for beginners and help:footnotes. No, where's your source saying her real name is 'Anne Aly'?

That is an image of a 'supposed' document on the web. I have no idea if it is an authentic reproduction. I have no idea who is hosting or published that image. Photoshop? It also does not make any direct connection with Anne Aly that I can ascertain. It does have Azza and Aly in the document, but how many people with the name Azza Aly are on the planet? I have no idea. I don't see it as a wp:reliable source for a wp:biography of living persons. Please find another source? Also, you don't list the source here, you cite it in the article.
