- Sorry, I miss-read your addition. May I suggest to use WP:DOI tool like https://citer.toolforge.org/?user_input=10.1016%2Fj.jbusres.2020.06.012 to generate better citations. Thanks, Framawiki (please notify me when you reply) 11:15, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
