I think you're living in America but here it's coming up to 7:40pm this evening and we normally going to bed at 2am this evening (sorry if i got carried away). But in the meantime, i think Wikipedia should accept speculation on unknown facts (except on whenever it's necessary) if the policy to be implemented on the site's 25th birthday in 2026.
