- I'm looking at Google Maps and it places the boundary of Cambridgeshire on A428 up until a rail bridge, in which it follows the tracks up until a signal tower or some rail structure just to the northeast of the power plant. From there it continues east. Google maps places both Little Barford and the power station in Bedfordshire. I'll check other maps to make sure that there's a clear consensus on where the boundary is and if it includes these places before doing anything.

OpenStreetMaps places both the power station and Little Barford in Bedfordshire and Apple Maps doesn't show me the boundaries of either. I think based off two notable maps saying both of these locations are in Bedfordshire entirely, that it is sufficient to keep them on the Wikipedia pages as they originally were.
If you can link me the map that you're basing the location off of, I am open to starting a discussion on the talk page as to what the overall consensus would be.
For now, I am going to revert them to the original locations and assume you meant these edits to be good faith.

For the power station it's PE19 6YT. And yes, it comes back as Bedfordshire. If you want a definitive map answer then look at DEFRA's Magic Map and enable Administrative Geographies --> Other Administrative Boundaries --> Counties, Metropolitan Districts and Unitary Authorities (GB).
