[edit]Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Nome, Alaska: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. POLITANVM talk 20:59, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Self-efficacy, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. - If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Thank you for your reversions
[edit]Thank you for reverting all those acts of vandalism. I really appreciate it. However, I think it would be best if you created an account. Editors with accounts mistake constructive IP editors for vandals all the time. Again, thank you for your contributions. Scorpions13256 (talk) 16:11, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
- Shouldn't editors with accounts just take a moment to look at edits instead of assuming all IPs are vandals? 2605:A000:1327:6313:4DE1:63B7:A890:CA48 (talk) 16:12, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
- Yes. It annoys me when I see this happen. We have another IP editor who reverts vandalism too. I hope you don't get too discouraged, though. We always need recent changes patrollers. Scorpions13256 (talk) 16:18, 15 September 2020 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
