According to the source used in this page Mayor Walks Back Statement nearly all of those arrested in Minneapolis that night were from the area. This article then links out to another source as evidence to support the claim that there was "evidence of white supremacist groups trying to incite violence;" Here is the link, look for yourself, there is nothing hereRandom twitter link.
The tone of this section is inaccurate. I think it is still relevant to reference this topic as it is a popular one but it should be made clear that there is nothing substantiating the claims. None of the claims about out of area and white supremacist agitators has been shown true and the first claim was completely incorrect.
