Please do not add or change content, as you did at Scrap Mechanic, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 13:16, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please do not delete content, without verifying the information to be incorrect. Or update said changes to include a reliable source. Take this opportunity to improve the changes someone is trying to add, instead of just deleting things. Thank you. 2601:19E:8000:7250:E85A:D3AC:26A6:60C1 (talk) 14:25, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 13:52, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You don't have to be here, you know. If resorting to petty personal attacks, go do something else. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 13:53, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
1. I used just as reliable sources as were ALREADY used in the wiki. In fact, I'm fairly certain you're the one who used them in the first place.
2. You don't have to be here, either, you know. You could do more for Wiki than just delete things you personally don't agree with. Like actually doing research, providing improvements, etc. Or, you know, go do something else besides undoing someone's work. 2601:19E:8000:7250:E85A:D3AC:26A6:60C1 (talk) 14:23, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Two wrongs don't make a right. Check the history before you start making baseless accusations, I didn't add those sources. I like editing, and I've been on Wikipedia for some time. I like discussing and improving articles with other people. What I don't like personal attacks. I'd be happy to help you in trying to improve an article, if you resort to name-calling, I'm out. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 14:30, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't care if you've been on Wiki for some time. Didn't even bother clicking the link, it's irrelevant.
What is relevant, is that Wiki has a stance of desiring both negative and positive reviews, particularly on games and the like, to maintain a balance. The continuing exclusion of the fact that the game is clearly in development hell (reinforced by player review, but also by reviewing the metadata from Steam, as well as the inactivity of the developers on any of their media platforms) slants the page to purely positive information.
I provided a wealth of links, data, etc, that all support the change I want to make to the page. If you don't like the sources, then do more than just hit "delete." Look at the data yourself. Put in even a fraction of the work I did, and just like other games such as Half Life 3, Duke Nukem, etc...this game meets the definition of "development hell."
"I didn't add those sources." - you didn't delete them, either, but you were plenty quick to delete mine.
I don't care whether you're in or out. But there's a large number of ways to improve wiki. Adding new sections, correcting sources, editing grammar/typos, etc. The least effort example of these, is simply deleting things. It takes no skill, no energy, to hit "Undo." If you're unwilling to put in the work to see the changes that I was trying to make, and actually make them feasible for the Wiki, then yes, I'm going to call you lazy, because at least I'm TRYING.
What are you doing, so far? Undoing the work that I'm putting effort into, complaining that I'm doing it wrong, and complaining that I called you out for not putting in your own work.
Report me and get me blocked if that's what you need to feel good. Go ahead and chalk that up as your victory. "I got this guy blocked because he was trying to update a wiki page, and he called me lazy because I refused to assist." 2601:19E:8000:7250:E85A:D3AC:26A6:60C1 (talk) 15:15, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
And, of course, he ran away. 2601:19E:8000:7250:192B:78D3:F86:480C (talk) 14:49, 17 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
