[edit]Hello, I'm FPTI. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Rockville High School (Maryland), but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. It's important to provide a source for anything you allege, particularly if it may be defamatory. FPTI (talk) 03:30, 29 February 2024 (UTC)

- Here are reliable sources— MCPS Board of Education document (pg. 6) recommending Rhoshanda Pyles as the principal of Rockville High School and showing her principal internship at William H. Farquhar Middle School and a Fox News article confirming Beidleman was the Principal at Farquhar Middle school during Pyles’ principal internship 2601:150:100:2290:8843:D9A5:52B1:1A7F (talk) 03:59, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
- Here's a reference on how to add citations to your edit. It kind of appears like you may be doing some original research. What's the point of this? Is the goal just to tie this principal to another principal she worked with who is being sued? If this isn't a notable connection, other people may challenge its inclusion as irrelevant to the article- which, remember, is just supposed to be an encyclopedia entry, not a news source or a forum. --FPTI (talk) 04:23, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
- as you said, it’s an encyclopedia entry…the only goal is to give those looking for information on Rockville High School, its leadership and MCPS schools as a whole a complete picture which includes identifying the relationship of the aforementioned to current events in the community. 2601:150:100:2290:8843:D9A5:52B1:1A7F (talk) 06:53, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
- It's just a bit odd. Usually the infoboxes for schools don't include information on who the principal has previously worked with. --FPTI (talk) 02:38, 1 March 2024 (UTC)
