Request reason:
so, this is a public IP and I recently appealed on 2E. Anyway, I think the bad actor should instead have a topic ban on the biography of living people, so that they have a chance. Because someone living in my area under LTE data on AT&T vandalized Wikipedia. I know it is subject to frequent abuse, but can’t another punishment work? 2600:387:5:807:0:0:0:5D (talk) 16:21, 12 March 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
No. They aren't willing to abide by restrictions, hence the block. And we can't do a partial block, as the violations are across a wide range of articles. Yamla (talk) 17:22, 12 March 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
@Yamla, so can’t you implement many, or do some topic BANS? Also, teach them the beauty of other articles. Also, used block users as examples of what happens if you vandalize. 2600:387:5:807:0:0:0:5D (talk) 17:59, 12 March 2020 (UTC)
