Your own NYT source does not describe the Heilongjiang measures as a lockdown, so stop with the egregious original research. An exact quote is Other cities in the region have also imposed restrictions, which include preventing outsiders from visiting other neighborhoods and warning residents to stay away from high-risk areas, which comes nowhere near even the shelter-in-place orders in much of the U.S., let alone the requirements in Italy and Spain to have papers to leave one's residence, to say nothing of Wuhan. ny daily news source describes as lockdown similar to dozens of other sources. ny times also mentions how restaurants are closed and outsiders are blocked from coming in... first you said unsourced, then you said deprecated source (not true), now youre saying its being misrepresented. your agenda is clear, you should note wp is not censored. you are also engaging in edit warring. i suggest you immediately undo your 4th revert. 2600:1010:B143:FADB:D9A8:8EF7:51CF:D016 (talk) 04:39, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, the only mention of restaurants in the 23 Apr NYT piece is a general re-assessment of the situation in mainland China, not specific to Heilongjiang. You definitely are mis-representing sources. CaradhrasAiguo (leave language) 05:22, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
