[edit]Your edit on Atmospheric entry:
with the heat shield aspect departing downwards
The words "aspect departing" as used in sentence must make absolutely no sense to an average reader with no special technical education. I have an aerospace/mechanical engineering degree, and I cannot make sense of the sentence. I can only assume it's some strange technical language you are used to. I don't know your education level, or if you are a native speaker of British (or other non-American) English. Wikipedia must be made understandable to the widest possible audience.
The original wording, flying at a non-zero angle of attack
is simple and understandable, and correct. How can you object to it and defend your more obscure rewording? JustinTime55 (talk) 13:05, 13 April 2018 (UTC)
- You do not own "your" talk page. You cannot make this issue go away by just deleting it and calling it "lies".
- By refusing to explain what you mean by your phrase "aspect downwards" (and even worse, demanding I "prove a negative" by defining it), you are engaging in WP:Disruptive editing. It is confusing and contrary to common usage, whether it is "technical jargon" or not. As you have been editing here anonymously (nothing wrong with that) for a grand total of four days, I don't see how you can be enough of an expert on our policies to accuse me of "cherrypicking" them. I have operated in good faith. If you cannot do the same and persist in your behavior, I will take this to the administrator's noticeboard. JustinTime55 (talk) 12:49, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
