This IP address is located in a public library. Hence MANY people access the internet from this terminal. Therefore this means all people who use this terminal but do not have a Wikipedia account have been blocked because of one anonymous user. That is just plain silly.

I have unblocked the IP to see what happens. However, if the previous edits that it was making are made again, I will have no option but to block again, as they were serious violations of our living persons policy. Black Kite (talk) 09:34, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
