Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Your cited source did not support the claim. In fact, it said nothign at all about the reasons for the split. You might want to read WP:SYNTH Meters (talk) 23:26, 26 November 2017 (UTC)

What a load of cobblers. Good to see that you're unchanged and not reading the text. The source did support the split, as it contained copies of documents between the parties in which they described the issues themselves. If that's not a source, I don't know what is. I did read the source. That's why I removed it and pointed you to WP:SYNTH. Did you read the link? Your source says nothing at all about a concern over representation being one of the issues that lead to the union split. It simply says that one branch of the union proposed a change its rules, the change was not properly disputed at the time, and thus the change was accepted by the Fair Work Commission. Any claim that a subsequent split of the union was because of this issue is not supported by the source. If you want to claim that a concern over representation was one of the causes of the split then you need an independent reliable source that says so.

As for the socking. Maybe you are a different person, but your IP was previously linked to a socking SPA on this article, and your IP is an SPA on this article. If this goes to SPI it's very likely your IP will be blocked. Meters (talk) 18:18, 27 November 2017 (UTC)

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to United Firefighters Union of Australia. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Restoring the same version, with the same inadequate refs, which has already been discussed on the talk page is not a good idea.
