Yes we can update as much as we can, but it takes time.

Note that "Personal information" can be allowed on here provided that there's a reliable source to confirm it. It generally won't be removed cause the article subject wants it to.

Another thing is editing articles about yourself or asking others to do so can question on whether the article is presented in a neutral point of view. See WP:COI for info.
