Incorrect usage of {{Certification Table Bottom}}

I had to correct four of your edits in a row (1, 2, 3, 4) so I thought I'll leave you a message. The footnotes on the bottom of the certification table, specified by {{Certification Table Bottom}}, must match the ones actually being used in the table itself.
