Thanks for this - have added three references to eep in books, as well as a couple of others including one from Australia and one from the EU commission - all are as far as I know independnt of eep and UK Govt. Also the Oxford University link is independent source. Have also slightly rejigged text so that the sources more closely match up with the text they're supporting. Hope all OK - can do more if necessary early next week (although will be away from PC for a few days now).
