Is the entry on Capped T&M saying that when the cap is reached the supplier keeps supplying resource at their own cost till the project is done, or simply that they will not invoice more T&M than the cap (i.e. they would stop delivering at that point)?

[edit]Hello, I'm Egghead06. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Luís Boa Morte, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Egghead06 (talk) 15:02, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
