Request reason:

All I've been doing is removing offensive posts (the only way disruptive editing plays a role is that someone making them is editing disruptively. Surely no part of the policy changes depending on how the user is identified here (IP or account). Please reply with how I should do these things and I promise to abide by these rules (probably either asking an admin to do so, making them invisible in some other manner other than just removing the section and its contents or doing so at all based on a different set of criteria). 194.223.60.199 (talk) 09:16, 9 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, I cannot unblock you at this time. You need to not refactor other people's talk page posts. You definitely should not alter unblock requests. You need to stay off other people's talk pages unless messaging them. You are not the arbiter of offensiveness. Please discuss what constructive edis you would make. If your only purpse is to remove posts you think are offenssive, you will not be unblocked.   Dlohcierekim (talk) 10:11, 9 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Unfortunately I don't have in mind what other edits I want to make, nor did I know any of the information you replied with (other than logically guessing like me not being the arbiter of offensiveness.) I did however feel the need to alter the unblock request, for example. Either way, this IP hasn't received any warnings for the behaviour but I just read up on WP:TPO, genuinely not previously known the policy. Finally the person making this used to be 203.221.13.85 and even earlier 211.26.200.179, having done the same behaviours (however I no longer edit under those IP's). To sum it all up I (genuinely) didn't think I could logically be doing anything wrong to the point where I effectively neglected to read a policy/guideline.194.223.60.199 (talk) 10:37, 9 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Update on discussing (constructive) edits to make: After editing Wikipedia in this and previous manner(s) I think I will lean (only) towards the one where article names are shown alongside things needed to improve them. Thank you.194.223.60.199 (talk) 11:15, 9 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
