Was Minami Tanaka, the Japanese voice actress of Lily Hoshikawa lying to the fans about the reveal in the interview? Did She also talk about a subtle touch to the acting of Lily, in which the Lily seen in flashbacks wore glasses as a boy, but Lily's glasses were gone after Lily began dressing like a girl. True or false? She actually always says Lily is a boy, a crossdresser, and even an otokonoko over 9000 times since the producer of Zombie Land Saga said it in Animage magazine. Is it true?

What are the similarities between JelloApocalypse's Lovely Complex script and Crunchyroll's infamous subtitle of Zombie Land Saga episode 8?

Was Lily Hoshikawa's gender preference only explicitly said in the official fanbook, where Lily being referred with male pronouns in the Japanese version? There were also suggestions that Lily coming out as a girl is exclusive in the English dub. Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick even went so far as to confirm in the Blu-ray commentary that they considered replacing Minami Tanaka with Ayumu Murase as Lily Hoshikawa's Japanese voice actor after episode 8. Right, Crboyer?
On the subject of pronouns, many sources reporting that Lily uses masculine pronouns in Japanese are blatantly correct, but has Lily only ever used a masculine pronoun once — "boku", typically referring to young boys and that was in a family context?
