[edit]

Hello, I'm Donner60. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Religion in Russia seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Donner60 (talk) 02:07, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
"Nonsensical attitude" is not encyclopedic or neutral. As further information, please see Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Verifiability. Wikipedia is not a forum, blog, soapbox, fan site or advice site. It is an encyclopedia based on reliable, verifiable, third-party sources. It does not publish rumors, personal opinions, commentary, advocacy, original research or unsourced information likely to be changed, challenged or disputed. It is written in neutral language without personal conclusions. In answer to your question on my talk page, I think something like this would be acceptable: "On the other hand, there is a ban on the activities of Jehovah's Witnesses - as the news reports on the Jehovah's Witnesses web site about a July 2018 decision of the Russian Supreme Court and imprisonment of Witness members confirm.<ref>[https://www.jw.org/en/news/jw/region/russia/first-witness-couple-imprisoned-20180713/ "First Witness Couple Imprisoned In Russia", July 13, 2018] Jehovah's Winesses web site. Retrieved July 26, 2018.</ref>." Remove the no wiki tags; I put them here so the footnote will not show up as a footnote on the bottom of this page, which will happen if more content is added here. Whether someone else might think this should be later in the article or in a different footnote style, I am not sure. But it would only mean that it would need to be moved or slightly reformatted, not removed. Donner60 (talk) 02:53, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note: I attempted to explain the issues in the edit summary of this revert. Unless those are not addressed when inserting more materal, please first make sure to obtain consensus for it at the article's talk page before restoring. Please see WP:BRD and WP:CONSENSUS for more information. Thanks, —PaleoNeonate17:49, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If Vitoreduardods is your account, thank you for providing a better source. You're encouraged to keep editing using that account from now on. I added a Welcome message and a note at that user's talk page. —PaleoNeonate19:29, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
