REPLY: Guerillero, I don't understand why I'm seeing this message, in context tbh, the last thing i remember requesting of Wikipedia was to email me my password, and googling what ip range blocking is. In opinion, "obviously" is an empty adverb, you can just tell them they're disallowed, or not welcome in this case, and keep it above reproach. No I don't remember what I wanted to edit. -- mjbanks
