You wrote above Per https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=User%3AW._Frank&type=block but I am not that German living in Glasgow (fortunately he seems to have identified himself pretty thoroughly). I'm not German and I usually edit from here in New Zealand, so why the heck would I want to edit "using a new account" ?
