The way the date is expressed (March 8, 2020) is in accordance with U.S. English conventions. That's not my opinion or personal convention but one inherent to the encyclopedia. I don't care one way or another, but I don't write the rules. I don't think any reader will be confused no matter which way it is written. I also don't want to discourage your from editing, "190."
