Which rule exactly do you think I'm abusing?

Legobro99 is WP:HOUNDING me. I don't believe User:Legobro99 is willing to engage in meaningful discussion about the substance of his changes. I do not believe he is here to make an encyclopedia that is better for other people to read.

LegoBro is edit warring over his preferred version of section headings, instead of picking a generic section heading that fits with other articles in the series.[1] LegoBro reverts not only the one edit he specifically disagrees with but instead reverts multiple edits.[2]

LegoBro is not even showing the basic good faith of including meaningful edit summaries with his edits.

This is all because LegoBro refuses to discuss his changes on the relevant article talk pages (Talk:Transformers:_Rise_of_the_Beasts#Standalone_sequel?) and has succeeded before in edit warring and getting pages locked to his preferred version even though the reliable sources do not support his claims.

LegoBro is maliciously reverting back to obvious bad versions of pages (diff).
