Hi, thanks for your thoughts on this dish. The process, as described in some detail in the article, was complex and had many influences. I've removed the infobox as misleading; we agree that India and Britain were involved, and they weren't the only parties either. The infobox with its bald assertion of nationalities is inherently difficult for many editors, evidently including you, so I have removed it, the last of many improvements to the article including over 20 reliable sources, so your assertion is strikingly aggressive and misinformed, wholly unacceptable on Wikipedia.
