I do not know why I have been blocked. I have never tried to edit a wikipedia page and I am blocked for vandalism

Though it does affect innocent people, it is necessary to protect Wikipedia. If you know nothing about any vandalism, you should go to a different location with a different IP address and create an account there, you can then return to your current location and log in with that account, as the block is only on users without accounts.
