Request reason:
Greetings.
We will try to explain with few worlds.
A so called user with name AngusWOOF declined our submission of our list article that is named 'List of ground battle vehicles of world war one' on 17 December 2019 saying that "....the subject of this article already exists in Wikipedia." showing another list article that is named 'List of combat vehicles of World War I' but we already know about that list article and its editor doesn't let to edit it anymore and blocks (no matter if you have an account or not) every time we make a single edit and confusing our I.P. with other I.P.s from this internet cafe here and accusing us for "actions" we didn't done unnecessarily without reason, that's why we have made another list article so not to be exactly the same with it but to be different with lots of new changes, fixes and additions.
Then we seeked live help and explained the situation and a so called user with name Huon blocked our account with no expiration set.
Thank you.
Decline reason:
I suggest you read through the standard offer, stop editing English Wikipedia entirely for six months (no logged-out IP edits, no sock puppets), and make a new unblock request that addresses your extensive block evasion and disruption. You have little chance of being unblocked right now, and wasting our time with unblock requests that say "someone else did it" will probably just result in an immediate rejection of your appeal. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 11:31, 18 December 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Who is "we" and "our"? (to other admins, feel free to take action without waiting for me) 331dot (talk) 10:40, 18 December 2019 (UTC)
