Hi 08maxwell, I got your email and I'll try to have a look at the article tonight after work. No need to apologies we all have had to learn sometime and in the draft area you can do no harm while learning. Help:Referencing for beginners might be a good page to look at, also I'm added a standard welcome message above with some key links to help. Lastly we have a friendly place for new editors to ask for help/advice called The Wikipedia:Teahouse where lots of experienced editors and admins help out.   • Hi, I think I've added the two bits you tried to add. The problem you were having was with ref names. A standalone ref needs no name i.e. <ref>....</ref> you then can add a name so it can be re-used thus <ref name="myrefname">....</ref> note the name in inside the <ref> tags end angle bracket. You can then just use the named version to mark other section in this case with <ref name="myrefname" /> note the /> ending indicates a standalone tag. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
