Jujutsu

[edit]

If you actually read my user-page you'd note I've been training in a modern Japanese style for roughly four times as long as I've been doing BJJ. The level of detail you are trying to introduce to the info box is too great, 'primarily grappling' is correct in that JJ is primarily grappling techniques, weapons and strikes play an important but smaller part, for example weapons are not a compulsory area of study in my style till 2nd dan. Wikipedia:Guide_to_layout#Lead_section explicitly states there should not be a heading before the lead section. The pronounceation thing is not one I've heard before, going to ask User:Bradford44 from previous discussion he knows more bout romanization of kanji then anyone else in Wikiproject Martial arts. P.s. If you have a personal problem with my membership of Bullshiso.net message me there, same use name. --Nate1481( t/c) 09:02, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also did you read the Guide_to_layout on headings in the lead?--Nate1481( t/c) 16:16, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

user:Nate1481 removed a good link I made, did you ever take any steps to report this user to a higher authority? User5802 21:44, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Quaterstaff or Quarterstaff?

[edit]

Which is the correct spelling, "quarterstaff" is a lot more popular, does the wikipedia article quarterstaff correctly describe what you believe to be a quaterstaff? —Preceding unsigned comment added by User5802 (talkcontribs) 19:53, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
