@Favonian: Moor is not a person, there's no confusion here. I already created a new account, is there anything wrong with "campaign" in the name? If so, I'm very confused by that and you can tell me what else I can try to use. But there's no promotion here, is there something wrong with liking a candidate and putting that in your name, it's not like anyone thinks I work for a Senate candidate? [edit]@Jpgordon: I had every right to create that account, according to the username policy I was linked to. I don't care if you block this one or the other one, I have done nothing wrong other than using a username I didn't know wasn't allowed and then changing it. So I don't care if you block my other accounts but at least allow 1 to be open for me? I really didn't want to, but I made a number of CONSTRUCTIVE edits to multiple pages and I was blocked for having a username that wasn't permitted, which I understand. But I requested a change to something acceptable, but administrators were slow to respond and I don't know why none of them were approved. Moor for Senate campaign (talk) 16:50, 23 August 2017 (UTC)

- @Jpgordon: I don't get why you're confused here, I don't have a SINGLE account that's open right now. What I need is access to all of just ONE account so that I can continue to use Wikipedia. I've never made any edits that were objected to, so I don't see why you'd want to block me, even after I changed my name to something that's clearly allowed. I don't care if you continue to block this account here, just open up Moor for Senate campaign please, and change the username there to Supporter of the Campaign. Thank you for your swift speed and faster help. Moor for Senate campaign (talk) 16:57, 23 August 2017 (UTC)
- @Jpgordon: I've already said this MANY times before, but I'll do this again, just to make it clear. I created the account "Moore for Senate campaign" yesterday, and made 1 edit with it. I was blocked shortly after, I was told that my username didn't comply with the Wikipedia policy, and I was told to create a new account. That's why I created this one, "Moor for Senate campaign" which I believed was acceptable since it didn't talk about Roy Moore, and I said that in my explanation before I was blocked, but I got blocked here anyways, as well. The notice again said to make a different account with an unrelated username, which is what I did, since I don't think there's any argument to be made that "Supporter of the Campaign" is invalid. But that request was denied, and the account I created shortly before that to explain the misunderstanding that was created was shut down as well. That was called "TEMPORARY account for deletion from blocked status" to make a perfectly legal, very helpful edit while this issue was resolved. Now I can only comment on my talk page because I fixed my name after encountering a rule that I didn't know existed. So again, to make this clear, I have only ever made 2 DIFFERENT (non-consecutive, subsequent) edits to Wikipedia, from any of the 3 accounts that I mentioned, and right now, I am totally prevented from doing anything else. I don't have "another" account, as User:Jpgordon has claimed, and he has threatened to delete all of my accounts even though I tried to change my name to "Supporter of the Campaign" after finding out my initial choice wasn't permitted. This user also hasn't responded to nearly a dozen new messages asking for my status to be revoked and demanding an explanation for rejecting both of my change requests taking away all my accounts only because I have helped Wikipedia and very quickly solved the only concern that has ever been brought to me. You can check all my edit summaries, tracking logs, talk-page comments, and whatever other history sources or documents you have to see everything I've done all this time. One last thing to all those of you who have called me a "sockpuppet" and worse, I searched up the rule, and it explicitly stated that my first choice when my account didn't comply with the naming standards was to create a new account and leave behind the last one, which is clearly what I've done, TWICE already, and I made it very clear from the beginning that my intention was to create something that didn't conflict with these rules and limitations. So again, I don't need the other ones that I mentioned above, since this one right here is all I need if it can be changed to "Supporter of the Campaign" and then you can close down all the other ones, however you want. Otherwise, if I gain very clear instructions to do so, I'd also be fine with creating a new page and leaving this one behind, seeing as it is inexplicably blocked right now. Thanks for your help and clarification. Moor for Senate campaign (talk) 20:44, 23 August 2017 (UTC)}}
- @Jpgordon: Look, I'll make this very clear again: right now, I am UNABLE to edit Wikipedia. I've been very upfront since I created both these accounts yesterday why I did this and what they were for, just check my past posts and edit summaries. The only "sin" I've ever committed is (unknowingly) making an account with an unacceptable username (Moore for Senate campaign) and I corrected that within minutes of being blocked from editing. However, that request was denied and so was the one from this account, Moor for Senate campaign. I tried to change both to a very clearly permissible name, but both were declined and so right now I DO NOT have any way of using Wikipedia. According to Wikipedia guidelines, once I submitted a request to change my username to one that didn't conflict with policy, that should have been allowed. Again, I never wanted to use more than 1 account at once, which is why I created this account and made that last request. After I created this account, I said clearly that you didn't have to unblock "Moore for Senate campaign" but you still blocked this account and the other TEMPORARY one I made, "TEMPORARY account for deletion from blocked status" which I said at the time I never intended to use in any fashion at all. So since all 3 of my accounts were blocked, I submitted a username change request from "Moore for Senate campaign" which was denied, and since I still didn't have any access, I tried that from "Moor for Senate campaign" but it was turned down as well. As I've made clear before, Wikipedia pages state that this is NOT any form of sock-puppetry and that I was SUPPOSED to conduct myself in this manner. I've made only a few edits but all very good and constructive, so I can't see why you're arguing that's why I've been taken off. The only violation I've ever made was creating "Moore for Senate campaign" without knowing that wasn't okay, and I corrected that very soon, as well as this account, but both were still ruled negative. I can't state this more explicitly, since it's been more than a day after I was blocked, and again, my transparent behavior tells you I have the right to request that all 3 of my current accounts, listed above, continue to be blocked and to make a new account, which will be my only functional one. I'll do that too, if my request on this page isn't dealt with 2 hours from making this post, and Wikipedia says this is totally fine, and also encouraged in the notice on my talk page. So please fix this soon, since you know I've corrected all my mistakes and done NOTHING wrong, and there was no reason to take away any of my unblock requests, since they were for opening just 1 of my accounts, and right now I only need "Moor for Senate campaign" to be re-admitted. Switching account
[edit]Okay, so you know what, I'm going to redact that, I'm withdrawing this request too, I'll make an account called "Supporter of the Campaign" so that it's very clear about who I am and what I want. Again, this is completely allowed since I haven't committed any "offences" other than breaking the username law prior to knowing what it stood for, and that's all fixed now if you leave "Moor for Senate campaign" untouched and keep it blocked.
