Please provide a source to your claim that the one who supposedly conferred the title to Tychsen was not Rabbi Jonathan Eybeschütz but Rabbi Moshe Lifshitz (whoever that was). A copy of the original document was published in Tychsen's own book, And there it is said that the rabbi was Moshe ben Zvi Hirsch Lifshitz (unknown person)
