Request reason:
I understood what I was blocked for. I didn't know about creating numerous accounts policy and created a new account because I got aware of my toxic un-friendly conduct and wished to fix my "karma", so to speak. If you look at my "sockpuppets", you'd see I reverted my own edits. Again, I'm sorry for my previous conduct and ignorance of this policy. Սամուէլ (talk) 09:31, 22 April 2020 (UTC)

Sorry, Սամուէլ, but this is not sufficient to explain Special:Diff/945378756. Also, even if that was your genuine intention, you sadly have been unsuccessful in fixing the actual issue, the "toxic un-friendly conduct", from looking at the edit summaries of Special:Contributions/Xsayathiya alone. Thus, even if all your sockpuppetry was intended to be a genuine clean start (it wasn't, per Special:Diff/945378756), you would still have violated the sockpuppetry policy by continuing the disruptive behavior (misusing a clean start).
