Request reason:

I was unfairly blocked by the administrator User: Bbb23 for pointing out an apparently acute territorial dispute between South Korea and Russia. And the fact that the article presented in Wikipedia indicated clearly distorts the neutral point of view, presenting the point of view of South Korea as the only correct one. This administrator has defended South Korea's position many times and therefore I am seeking arbitration. I also met the harassment from a South Korean user on the talk page.Noktundo ПаравозЛазо (talk) 15:37, 24 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

The previous request for unlocking was rejected on a far-fetched occasion by the administrator User:Jpgordon. If I am sockpuppet you must prove it. just because I raised the issue of a territorial dispute between countries that has a place to be and the difference in approach of the parties to the conflict to this does not mean that I am sockpuppet. And the actions of the administrator User: Bbb23 I determined from the history of who exactly blocked those who set aside the right to indicate the position of Russia in controversial moments. You cannot turn Wikipedia into a means of anti-Russian propaganda, this is at least not enceclopedic. How can you then be indignant that you are being blocked in Russia and talk about some kind of freedom if you are showing totalitarianism against the Russians? You do not even allow to declare that there is a Russian side in the conflict and its position. Although the conflict is connected with the territorial claims of South Korea to Russia. And this is a very acute conflict. The fact is, it weighs, and it is forbidden to report it. Do you hate Russians so much? where is your tolerance? Decline reason:

You do not convincingly address the checkuser finding. PhilKnight (talk) 18:13, 25 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
