Zhou Guanhuai (born July 17, 1992) is a Chinese college teacher and professional translator/interpreter who currently works for Anhui Institute of International Business in Hefei, China. He previously worked for Huawei as a technical translator from 2016 to 2017, and LongTorch as a business assistant from 2017 to 2018.

Zhou graduated from South China Agricultural University in 2014 and obtained the bachelor of science, and further graduated from Anhui University in 2016 and obtained the master of translation and interpreting (MTI). He is fluent in both Chinese and English and also understands simple Spanish.

Zhou served as the liasion officer for China International Import Expo in both 2018 and 2019, becoming the only liasion officer from Anhui to serve both editions.
