From Sa'di's Golestan:

بنی آدم اعضای یک پیکراند

که در آفرینش زیک گوهرند

چوعضوی به د رد آورد روزگار

دگر عضو ها را نماند قرار

تو کز محنت دیگران بی غمی

نشاید که نامت نهند آدمی

Translation:

The children of Adam are limbs of each other,

Since all were created out of one essence.

When the calamity of time afflicts one limb,

The other limbs do not remain in tranquility.

Hey you! who is incapable of feeling the pain of others:
