I am a senior business student at the University of Idaho majoring in Marketing and Economics. I have co-written a journal article titled "Time Series Analysis of Inflation Targeting in Selected Countries," which was published in the March 2007 edition of the Journal of Economic Policy Reform.
I am a computer enthusiast and particularly love all things Apple. I am an Apple Certified Technician, and worked as a computer technician for two years before working as Apple Campus Rep at my university. Much of my contributions on Wikipedia revolve around expanding and preserving information about Apple.
I switched to the Mac platform in 1998. While I have worked on a very wide array of Apple products, I've personally had the pleasure of owning the following hardware and software:
- Macintosh Plus
- PowerBook 180
- PowerBook 540c
- iMac 233
- PowerBook G4 550
- iMac G4 800
- PowerBook G4 1.25
- PowerBook 12" 1.25
- iMac G5 1.8
- MacBook 2.0
- Mac OS 6.0.8, 7.1, 7.5, 7.6, 8.1, 8.5, 8.6, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2
- Mac OS X 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4
Some of my favorite books chronicling the history of Apple and the computer industry include:
- Apple Confidential by Owen Linzmayer
- Mac Secrets 5th Ed. by David Pogue and Joseph Schorr
- Revolution in the Valley by Andy Hertzfeld
- The Second Coming of Steve Jobs by Alan Deutschman
- Accidental Empires by Robert Cringley
- Fire in the Valley by Paul Freiberger and Michael Swaine
