CROZ is a Croatian-German IT company headquartered both in Zagreb and Munich. The company focuses on consulting and IT services.
History
[edit]CROZ (initially known as Candle Representative Office Zagreb) was founded in 1998.[2] as a representative of the „Candle Corporation“, with CROZ d.o.o. being founded in 2002. After IBM's acquisition of Candle in 2004, CROZ became their partner.
In 2021, CROZ founded their sister company "CROZ AI".[3]
In 2022, the company expanded and founded its second headquarters in Munich[4], Germany. CROZ DACH has seperate leadership, with Peter Blenninger acting as co-founder and Vedrana Miholić acting as managing director.
