Ready, Set, Love (Thai: เกมชนคนโสด, lit. 'Single people's fighting game'), also known as by its Thai transliteration Game Chon Khon Sot (Thai: เรดี้ เซ็ต เลิฟ, lit. 'Ready Set Love') is a 2024 dystopian romantic comedy.
Plot
[edit]Set in a dystopian future, five men are annually presented in a show called Ready, Set, Love!, hosted by The Farm. Girls selected from a lottery are chosen to be contestants for the Gentleman's hand in marriage.
Darika "Day" Chokwithee is a poor, working-class girl who takes on a variety of odd jobs in order to support herself and her younger sister May, whose health has taken a turn for the worse. Unbeknownst to her, May enters her for the Ready, Set, Love lottery, and is chosen to participate in said games.

A hardworking and voracious girl, Day was submitted to the lottery for Ready, Set, Love by her younger sister May against her own will (and knowledge). Day has juggled a variety of jobs in order to support May and her health, and is initially unwilling to participate until learning about the prize, in which joining The Family would allow her to be able to pay off any future and costly medical expenses.

Represented by the color red, Son is one of the five Gentlemen of Ready, Set, Love. As a kid, he escaped with his father from The Farm, and was sent back, growing into a Gentleman. He has a fear of fireworks, stemming from an incident involving a flare gun, which is tied to his father's death.
