In order for us to lift the block, we need some indication that you really do understand the reason for it. Simply saying, "I understand the reason for the block" is meaningless without further explanation: anyone can claim to understand something, but a claim is not evidence. You need to explain, in your own words, why you were blocked and what steps you will take to ensure that the problems leading to the block will not be repeated.
