I'm a new writer on Wiki that enjoys the drinking culture in Japan such as sake and shochu. I enjoy learning about the production processes and traveling and touring around breweries in Japan. I noticed that this culture and content on the drinking culture is not represented on Wiki and hope to help increase the amount of available information about the topic for people like myself. Especially those interested in Japanese sake and shochu but not in an environment that they can experience it so readily.
