I just nominated Template:Nn-warn for deletion/redirecting as redundant to template:Db-notability-notice. Please comment on the discussion. There are several more templates in the Category:CSD warning templates which are problematic for a variety of reasons. I will list them below so we can decide what to do with them:
- Template:CSD-warn - Broken since August 2011, clearly not used
- Template:Empty-warn - redundant to Template:Db-nocontext-notice. The name is also misleading
- Template:Nocontent-warn - redundant to Template:Db-nocontent-notice
- Template:Nn-welcome - Template which tries to be nice. Interesting, but should be updated to use template:Db-notice
- Template:Nonsensepage - redundant to Template:Db-nonsense-notice
- Template:CSD R2-warn
- Template:Repost
- Template:Spam-warn - redundant to Template:Db-spam-notice
- Template:Nothanks-sd - Not sure about this one. It is distinct from Template:Db-copyvio-notice, but I note it is missing information on what you should do if your addition is not a copyvio
Warnings:
- Template:Nn-warn2 - seems to be an ancient user warning for removing CSD tags, allows removing the tag if the subject is "really notable"
- Template:Drmspeedy2, Template:Drmspeedy3, Template:Drmspeedy4 - redundant to Template:Uw-speedy1 - Template:Uw-speedy4
- Template:SD warn-needed, this template implies notification is required, which is not correct.
A series of templates which seem to be for when a page is directly deleted by an administrator, all of them lacking critical information:
