Eshet Tourist Services Ltd (אשת טורס), established in 1987, is an Israeli IATA accredited Tour Operator, and is one of the largest tour operator in the field of tourism in Israel. Eshet has eleven service centers. The company deals with domestic, outgoing, and incoming tourism, and is a licensed charter flight operator that offers flights and tour packages to 170 destinations in the world[1]. The company is active in various fields of tourism: domestic tourism, outgoing tourism and incoming tourism. the Company operates an internet site which includes an online reservation system, including a call center in Ashkelon which employs around 200 representatives.

[edit]Eshet Tours has three divisions: Domestic tourism, outbound tourism and inbound tourism.
The Domestic Tourism Division offers package tours and other services for individuals and tour groups, and organizes corporate events and conferences.
The incoming tourism division deals with organizing vacation packages and services for groups (such as attendance at the Nabucco Opera performance below Massada[2] planning and organizing events and conferences, marketing personal package tours in Israel and providing services to companies.
The outgoing tourism division markets charter flights and package tours to a variety of destinations, organized tours, regular flights, "Bonvoyage" packages which include flight tickets, car rentals, cruise packages and more. The company operates a business travel service under the name "Eshet Business Center".
Eshet tours operates an organized tour division. This division serves over 70,000 travelers a year who embark on over 170 tourism routes to destinations all over the world. These routes, some of which are unique to the company, are planned by the tourism experts of Eshet Tours. Eshet Tours emphasizes the quality of the tours and maintains a team of long-term employment tour guides.
The inbound tourism division of Eshet Tour is named "Eshet Tours Incoming". This division mainly deals with the marketing and the operation of land arrangements for tour groups, incentive tours and international conferences.
Eshet Tours is is the licensed supplier of vacation services to the IDF and the Israeli Police and provides tourism services for additional public sector entities, making it the largest purveyor of hotel rooms and activities in Israel[3] [4]. This enables the company to operate an economy of scale, offering competitive prices for private customers, and enables collaboration with many consumer clubs and credit card companies.
The Company operates a subsidiary named "Kraus Tours", with which it markets package tours which are specially adapted for the dietary and other requirements of religiously observant Jews in Israel and abroad[5]. These package tours include hosting services with religious content and Kosher food[6].
Over the Years Eshet Tours has launched charter flights and package tours to destinations which include: Antalya in 1993, Prague in 1994, Budapest in 2001, Opatija in Croatia in 2002, Burgas in Bulgaria in 2003, Split in Croatia in 2005, Ohrid in the Republic of Macedonia in 2008, Malta in 2010, Batumi in Georgia in 2012, Corfu in Greece in 2014[7] Zanzibar (regular flights) in 2015, and Thailand in 2016[8].
